One system for the whole dealership

How HICONIUM Dealer works at Autowelt Schweiz: eight people and their devices, one day in Showroom Zürich, ten workflows, and the requirements behind them.

At a glanceA system for the entire retailer, from purchase to handover
9People

Eight in the team and the owner. Each person starts on their own home page and needs two to four views.

6Areas

Vehicles, trade, customers, service, company and system. On the Mac, one line per area in the sidebar.

52Views

For macOS 27, iPadOS 27 and iOS 27, each light and dark, with the vehicles of Autowelt Schweiz.

282Requirements

From the blueprint with 17 modules. 105 of these are designed in the views, the rest are named below.

Five rulesThey apply on every device and in every area
A place, a home

Each section has a row in the sidebar. Subpages are capsules on top, never a second navigation.

The car is the page

The vehicle file opens as a separate window, from anywhere. The car is big at the top, everything else is underneath.

Provenance at every value

Customer statement, confirmation, document, import or suggestion: an unchecked value never looks like a proven one.

Separate facts

Ownership, right to sell, location and inventory are four pieces of information. Signed, paid and handed over are three.

Suggest, then approve

The assistant suggests and gives the source. A person releases the message, price, payment and publication.

Black, white and gray

The surface itself has no color. What is colored comes from the paint on the cars and from the photos.

Orange means overdue

A single signal color, only for a payment that didn't arrive or a piece of information that was missing.

Native parts

Sidebar, toolbar, tab bar, widgets and live activities follow macOS 27 and iOS 27, with Liquid Glass.

Light and dark

Each view exists in both representations. The photos of the cars are on a light and a dark bay.
