Every car.
One file.
One dealership.
From purchasing to service: 84 cars and eight people working with the same data. Native apps for Mac, iPad, and iPhone, built for premium and hypercar dealers.
One dealership. A different story for every customer.
At its Seefeld showroom, Autowelt Schweiz sells cars often built in runs of just a few hundred. Each has a history of owners, documents, and workshop visits. Today, that history lives in folders, emails, portals, and the minds of eight people.
To sell a car, the team looks for its price on a portal, documents in a folder, buyers on a phone, and workshop status with Marco. HICONIUM Dealer brings it all to the car: one file everyone at the dealership can open, with apps that fit each person's work.
CHF 24,1 million on the showroom floor every day
One car, seven places to look
Documents in folders, photos on a hard drive, listings on three portals, prices in a spreadsheet, conversations on Luca's phone.
Buyers no one sees
Sophie Laurent has been looking for a four-seat V12 for months. Remember that and you sell. Forget it and you buy for stock.
Value lives in provenance
For a 288 GTO, one document can be worth a million. Today, it is not where the sale happens.
Five rules for the entire system
They apply everywhere, on Mac and iPhone, for Autowelt and its customers. Know them and every view feels familiar.
- The car is the pageThe vehicle file opens in its own window, from anywhere. The car takes center stage, with price, buyers, provenance, and condition below.
- One place for everythingEach area has one row in the sidebar. Subpages are tabs at the top, never a second navigation system.
- A source for every valueCustomer statement, dealer verification, document, import, or suggestion: an unverified value never looks like a documented fact.
- Separate factsOwnership, authority to sell, location, and inventory status are four separate facts. Signed, paid, and handed over are three more.
- Suggest, then approveThe system suggests and cites its source. A person approves messages, prices, payments, and every external action with one button.
Eight people, eight workspaces, one dealership
No one needs to know the whole system. Each person has their devices and two to four views for the workday. Everything else is one level deeper.
Every car here should be able to tell its whole story.
Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 7:42 to 17:00
This is how the workspaces connect. Everyone works in their own place, on the same car: the SF90 Spider Nadia sees as paid at 8:12 is the one Luca hands over at 13:30.
Clocks in on iPhone. His first order starts at 8:18: adjust the valves on the 911 Turbo (964).
Bank reconciliation matches Isabelle Moreau's balance payment: CHF 480’000.– for the SF90 Spider. The “paid” ring closes.
View paymentsOffers CHF 9,4 million for the 288 GTO. Luca replies directly from the notification. Dr. Rüegg sees the bid in his app, without the bidder's name.
View InboxSees the payment and approves the SF90 handover for 13:30. One button, Face ID, done. One document is still missing: proof of insurance.
Opens the 288 GTO file: price within the market range, three matching buying preferences, and a timeline dating back to 1985.
Open fileTest drive in the Huracán Sterrato. Driver's license checked by camera, 7’800 km at departure, photos before and after.
Follows lot 142 at Bonhams in Zoute on iPhone, a comparable 911 Turbo 3.6. The room wins at CHF 1’580’000.–; our 964 Turbo keeps its price.
View auctionThe outstanding Purosangue balance becomes a financing plan. Luca runs the numbers with her: 48 months, plus winter storage. Balance CHF 94’700.–, CHF 2’134.– per month. She confirms by SMS code.
View deal worksheetBrings the Chiron Sport back from Molsheim , two minutes early. All four sides photographed, Marco Steiner signs the receipt, and Isabelle Moreau is notified.

⌘K, three characters, Return: the callback to Markus Weber starts. The 964 Turbo is available, Saturday at 10:30 is free.
Brings the 356 A Speedster back from the detailer in Dübendorf. Condition photos are taken during loading; Dr. Rüegg follows the journey live.
50 views across six areas
The sidebar reflects what Autowelt does, not how the software grew. Vehicle and customer files open in windows from anywhere, rather than occupying sidebar rows.

Inventory as a table and gallery, intake with inspection report, provenance, battery, floor plan, and Studio.
Trade
Market and pricing decisions, purchasing radar and acquisitions, a deal board, deal worksheet, test drives, contracts, consignments, and handover.
Service
Workshop bays and orders, parts, service visits, courtesy cars, and transport with Live Activities.
Company
Profit per car, supporting documents, payments, outstanding balances, settlements, month-end close, and the management dashboard.

Team and permissions, external connections, rules and data, search across everything, and your own brand.
Eleven stages. One file that travels with the car.

Three cars, three journeys
The car is the page
The file opens in its own window from anywhere, with the car prominently at the top. Below is what everyone needs to know: who wants it, what it is worth, and where each fact comes from.
A source for every value
Every number shows its source. Tap to open the document with the relevant line highlighted: “4’176 km” on the 288 GTO leads directly to the service record page.
The car's documents
Registration, certificates, service records, contracts, and invoices are stored as original documents in the file. Extracted information is highlighted; the original stays unchanged.
A price that shows its confidence
A collector car's value is a range drawn from documented sales, not a single point. Exclude a comparable and the range narrows or widens. The number of sales behind it stays visible.
Move your mouse or finger along the line. Use the arrow keys to move between quarters.
Three pricing options
For the 911 Turbo (964) “Bad Boys,” the system calculates three options and their impact. Management chooses; the reasoning stays in the file.
The auction in your hand
When a comparable car goes to auction, the lot runs live: every bid from the room, phone, and online, with your price as a dashed line above. On October 1 at 10:41, lot 142 at Bonhams in Zoute sells below it. The 911 Turbo (964) stays at CHF 1’600’000.–, and the sale becomes a new comparable in the range.
View auctionEvery finding becomes part of the file
During intake, a ring closes around the top view, segment by segment. A missing view leaves a gap. In the workshop, each finding becomes an order with an estimate. Actual costs flow into profitability.
One walkaround. Every image ready.
Walk around the car with iPhone in under two minutes. Get studio images in six settings, a 144-frame rotation, and every format from listing to poster. The original is always retained.
Six settings, one car
Every format from the same image set
Listing, website hero, Instagram, reel, brochure, poster, background, and “Sold.” Copy uses verified values only. Any sentence without a source stays flagged until someone removes or verifies it.
Buy for people, not for stock
The customer file knows every car a person owns, has bought, or has asked about, and the preferences behind it. Every message, whether WhatsApp, email, phone, or portal, belongs to the person, not a channel.
Three rings, and the deal is complete
A board tracks every deal from inquiry to handover. At the table, the deal worksheet turns toward the customer with internal figures hidden. Signed, paid, and handed over close separately. The deal is complete only when all three are closed.
The garage in the customer's pocket
Customers who buy or consign with Autowelt get a focused app with three tabs in the Autowelt brand: Garage, Appointments, and Quotes. The dealership controls what they see and keeps the rest private.
Six colleagues who never send anything on their own
Autowelt hires six virtual team members. Each has an area, a person at the dealership to report to, and a firm boundary: money, prices, and contracts never leave without human approval.

What they never do
- Move money or set pricesNo payment, quote, or price change without approval. Every action states its impact: “changes 1 price, notifies 0 customers.”
- Sign contractsContracts use verified data. People sign them.
- Make claims without sourcesEvery draft has footnotes. Unsupported claims stay flagged.
The relationship starts with the purchase
A year after purchase, Garage flags the service due. Sophie books in the app, Patrick collects the Purosangue in Genf, Marco sends a video of his findings, and the entries become part of her file.
Arrival with a signature
At the gate, Patrick Huber photographs all four sides of the Chiron Sport. Marco Steiner then signs for receipt with a finger on iPhone. Only then is the car marked as arrived. Photos are filed with timestamps and names.
View arrivalWhat a car actually earned

HICONIUM Dealer, in every dealer's brand
Everything customers see carries the dealership's brand: app icon, website, brochure, invoice, and customer app. Upload a logo to generate colors, typefaces, and a style guide.
Black, white, gray. The cars bring the color.
The interface steps back so Rosso Corsa and Verde Zeltweg can shine. Orange is reserved for missing or overdue items. Type, dimensions, and glass follow Apple's conventions, in light and dark mode.
Nine icons to choose from
The chrome H is the default. Eight alternatives are available in Settings, like alternate app icons on iPhone. Each is a distinct object in the same leather and chrome style.
Symbols in leather and chrome
Each module has an object: real leather, polished chrome, black paint. They appear in the sidebar, overviews, and app icon, light on white and dark on black.

Show first, then build
Views and workflows are approved before code is written. Each stage delivers something Autowelt uses daily. Existing systems keep running until replaced.
Three questions only Autowelt can answer
- Where are the approval limits?
Recommendation: management approves purchases above CHF 500’000.– and consignments above CHF 5 million; the responsible person approves everything below. Limits live in the rules and can be changed per person.
- What do consignors see in their app?
Recommendation: Views, viewings, and bids, without names. Customer relationships stay with the dealership, and Dr. Rüegg does not need to call for an update.
- Where do we start?
Recommendation: with files and inventory. Every other area depends on the car. Once the 84 files are in place, everyone benefits from day one.
